With exciting projects in the Netherlands and abroad, you’ll play a key role in helping us expand our client base, as we thrive on showcasing our cutting-edge products, closing deals, and building lasting partnerships. Depending on your skills and talents, you can grow into an effective Sales Professional or similar. 

What you’ll do

We provide a structured mentorship and learning environment to onboard you in our unique tools, systems, and client services. You will: 

  • join project kick-offs and accompany our Sales Professionals to client meetings (with the goal that you can independently handle meetings and do sales with Real Estate Developers after 6 months) 

  • initiate online lead sourcing and fill our lead pipeline

  • document and map real estate developments in The Netherlands (and also Canada, Germany or UAE)

  • undergo demo training and practice giving demos (with the goal that you are able to do so independently after 6 months)

  • follow up on (cold) leads that you or others have generated

  • fill the sales agenda with client appointments

  • assist the team with writing of quotes and proposals

  • support the team with follow-up emails and client communication

  • support the team by collaborating effectively with teammates to ensure success for everyone

  • ensure our database is up to date for all deals

  • perform (re)activation of licenses, including those that are about to expire

  • provide clients with pre- kick-off tours of our tooling

  • partner closely with our Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients

  • Native Dutch and fluency in English is required to engage with our diverse client base and team members effectively

  • Base monthly salary of EUR 2900 - 3500 (based on 40 hours), dependent on experience

  • The option to work either 40 or 32 hours per week
