Who we are
In the last five years, OMRT has grown to to a diverse team of 50+ people from 20 different nationalities. The office is a dynamic, motivating and fun place to work, where no two days are the same. We know that to set the new standard in the industry, we have to be brave and a bit rebellious - this is what we look for in our people as well.
We encourage responsibility, and enable you have a space to take risks and perform at your best. Most importantly, the office foosball table is always busy, and the fridge is well stocked with beer on Fridays!

Getting to know you
In the first call, our recruiter will get to know you and your story to see if there's a great fit with OMRT. It's also your chance to ask any initial questions about the role and our company.
Manager’s interview
Your future leader takes a deeper dive into your drivers, experience and what you could bring to the team. It's also your chance to discover if you see yourself working with us. If you do well, we will challenge you with a business case.
Final talks
You've made it to the final stage! Here, you'll meet some of your future team members and possibly a few of our leaders or key stakeholders. If all goes well, we'll move forward with an offer.
