What you’ll do

Shape the Sales Strategy: Design and implement growth plans that drive our business forward
Seal the Deals: Build lasting client relationships while consistently hitting—and exceeding—revenue goals
Hunt for Opportunities: Actively seek for new business prospects to keep the pipeline strong
Support the Team: Energetically collaborate with your sales teammates to ensure success for everyone
Collaborate Cross-Teams: Partner closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients

Job requirements

You are an enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable Sales Professional who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required to engage with our diverse client base and team members effectively.

Education and experience

  • Proven experience in sales roles

  • Experience in Real Estate, i.e. large brokers or real estate developers is a big plus

  • Experience in small to mid-sized companies

  • Annual salary between €45-55K including 8% vacation pay
