We are OMRT, a funded tech scale-up on an important mission - to rebalance our habitat through technology! Our core product, a 3D collaborative design platform, facilitates real estate professionals in designing real estate projects integrally, iteratively, and rapidly. This platform provides our partners in the real estate and construction industry with a unique opportunity to design a sustainable, feasible, and high-quality built environment, by foreseeing its impact digitally.

We are rebellious and pioneering, continuously pushing the boundaries of design, tech and real estate. In the last six years, OMRT has grown to a diverse team of approximately 45 people from 20 different nationalities. For our Studio roles:
Our Studio team is project-driven to service our clients in their unique building design projects. To work in our Studio team, we look for:

• MSc level education in building technology, architecture and/or building physics/management

• Visual coding and parametric design experience in Grasshopper for Rhino (preferred: experience in C# and Python)

• Experience (in the design process) in the built environment

• Flexible, open, and stress-resilient mindset

• Comfortable - even excited - with the idea of going through a very steep learning curve

• Driven by curiosity and continuous innovation

• Highly proactive and always seeking efficiencies and smarter ways of working

• Unrelenting quality focus and customer-centricity

• A team player and effective collaborator

• Project management skills a big plus

For our Product and Tech roles:

We have a talented team of Developers (Front- and Back-end, Full Stack, Computational), DevOps Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product Owners, Product Managers, and UX Designers.
