What you'll do

Shape the Sales Strategy; Design and implement growth plans that drive our business forward.
Seal the Deals; Build lasting client relationships while consistently hitting—and exceeding—revenue goals.
Hunt for Opportunities; Actively seek for new business prospects to keep the pipeline strong.
Support the Team; Collaborate with your sales teammates to ensure success for everyone.
Collaborate Cross-Teams; Partnering closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Job requirements

What you'll bring

You are an enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable Sales Representative who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required to engage with our diverse client base and team members effectively.

Key Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales roles within Real Estate, large brokers, or real estate developers is a big plus
  • Experience in small to mid-sized companies
  • A mix of strategic thinking and practical execution to drive results and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Skilled in using data and metrics to optimize sales performance and streamline processes.
