What You'll Do

As our Marketeer, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving our strategy and execution to new heights. You'll be the storyteller behind our brand's journey. You will:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and drive customer engagement.

• Organize company events and ensure a lasting impression on fairs and conventions.

• Execute on marketing strategies to keep them aligned with the company goals and resonate with target audiences.

• Produce high-quality, detailed content that explains the capabilities and benefits of our products and services.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to inform continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a self-motivated and creative marketeer who can take initiative and work independently. You bring a wealth of skills and experience to our table. You are proficient with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, and have a talent for creating compelling and informative content for a technical audience. Your knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing (SEO/SEM) and experience in managing and optimizing social media campaigns are crucial for this role.

Data analysis is another key area where you excel, using analytics tools to track and improve our marketing performance. Additionally, your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field

• Experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up/scale-up

• Expert level in on- and offline marketing

• Growth hacking experience

• Creative and analytical mindset, proactive and goal-oriented attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution

• Adaptable and flexible to execute strategies based on market feedback

• Both fluent in Dutch and English
