Driven by our rapid growth and expansion into international markets, we are looking for an experienced B2B (Growth) Marketer to turn lead generation, events, and content into a repeatable growth engine across the Netherlands, Germany, and Canada. This is a broad, highly hands-on role where you will enjoy a lot of creative freedom. Your primary focus will be to generate a steady flow of qualified conversations (SQLs) for our Sales team within a highly specific, localised real estate market.

Job requirements

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work in close collaboration with our Commercial team. Broad responsibilities include:

  • Lead Engine & Demand Generation: Build and run high-impact campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and paid ads to consistently hit quarterly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets.

  • End-to-End Event Management: Organise international trade shows and field marketing events across the Netherlands, Germany, and Canada, managing everything from initial planning to lead follow-up.

  • Content Creation: Produce compelling localised content, including social posts, newsletters, targeted emails, case studies, and event materials that speak the client's financial and development language.

  • Data & Reporting: Own our marketing and lead data within HubSpot, keeping the entire acquisition funnel clean while delivering monthly reports on lead metrics, pipeline impact, and cost-per-acquisition to continuously optimise our approach. 


Skills and experience

  • B2B Marketing Track Record: Around 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS, commercial tech, or fast-moving B2B environment. You have a proven background blending offline field marketing (international trade shows and events) with digital demand generation. Experience in marketing to corporate, enterprise-level stakeholders, where localised relationships matter is a significant advantage. 

  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of marketing automation tools including HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is essential.

  • Commercial & Data Acumen: A proven ability to interpret marketing data, lead scoring, act on insights, and collaborate with sales teams to build an active pipeline.

Education and languages

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. The ideal candidate possesses both the theoretical knowledge required to build long-term brand strategy and the practical capability to drive measurable results. 

  • Languages: Fluent English proficiency is required. Fluency in Dutch and/or German is considered a major plus.

  • Salary: Gross annual salary (including 8% holiday pay) in the range of € 50,000 – € 65,000 dependent on determined job grade (medior vs senior), experience and proven skills.
